Susan commenced her nursing training with Cathedral Veterinary Clinic and qualified through the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons in 2001.
Susan has subsequently gone on to further her education by completing her Certificate in Veterinary Nursing in Exotic and Wildlife, and her Diploma in Advanced Surgical Veterinary Nursing.
She also holds a master’s in education and enjoys teaching students on companion and equine courses at QQI level 5 & 6 locally.
Susan enjoys all aspects of nursing, both surgical and medical. Her hobbies include hiking with her husband John and two girls Aoibheann and Caitriona. She also enjoys swimming and socialising with friends. When at home she likes to spend time with her cat Oscar, who has ruled the roost since he arrived at a few days old.
